Sawyer's friend Owen

One of my new friends Kandace who's husband is also in the RDEP Program came over for a visit. Sawyer just loved her little guy Owen; who is 8 months old. Sawyer kept patting him and smiling at him. I know they will be good friends.

Sawyer is 1!

Time has seemed to fly by this year. Sawyer is now 1. I am so happy he is apart of our family. He is one of my best friends. I have loved watching his little body grow from 7 pounds to 21 pounds. I love that he loves water and that bath time is his favorite thing to do. I love that he is friendly to people. I love his facial expressions. I love when he says "mama". I love that he likes to be praised. I love that he has learned how to sign words to me. I love that he is a good sleeper. I love that he loves to eat food ALL THE TIME. I love his big blue eyes. I love that he loves music. I love that he likes to look at books. I love that he has his own attitude. I love that he looks like his handsome father.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY SAWYER. I love you so much!

Sleep

For some reason Sawyer NEEDS to have his blanket over his face to sleep. I get so worried he can't breath that I take the blanket off of him as soon as he falls asleep. But he ends up puts it right back over his face.

Hike

It has been rainy pretty much all of the month of May. So when I saw some rays of sunshine I decided to go on a hike. Luke, Rockwell, Mom, Sawyer and I enjoyed a nice walk up the canyon.

New Sound

A Little Bit of Green

One of my favorite things to do with my mom is to go spend money at the green house. It has been a tradition for at least 4 years. My mom and I love to find new and unique plants to put in my parents yard. This tradition has always lifted my spirits and I wanted Sawyer to be apart of it now. I hope by exposing him to natures, he will learn to love it and want to grow plants and make the earth look beautiful.

Spring

Jake and I were noticing the blossoms that were about to pop out on some of the trees in my parants yard. I can't wait to see green again. I am so excited to take Sawyer outside and play.
